Why I created Nurture Movement
Life after 50 should feel expansive, not limited. I’ve helped clients go from struggling to stand without pain to chasing grandchildren around the garden. And I’ve lived the same journey myself – from chronic pain to strength I can trust. My mission is simple: to make sure you never feel left behind, and to give you the confidence to keep living fully.

A step-by-step pathway blending live coaching, 5-minute daily practices, and accountability – so you see and feel results in everyday life.
This program is designed for people in their 50s, 60s and beyond who want to rebuild strength without generic exercise sheets. Weekly sessions keep you progressing, daily short practices stack up quick wins, and accountability makes sure you never go it alone. In just weeks, you’ll notice changes in walking, climbing stairs, and everyday confidence.
I used to dread long walks because I knew I’d be the one slowing everyone down. Now I can keep up and enjoy walking with my family.

Small Group Pilates and Personalised Training
Build Everyday Strength and Steadiness
Pilates sessions are taught in SMALL GROUPS. Including Mat Pilates and bespoke Pilates Strength Training.
From Pilates in the hall to intimate 4-person studio sessions, these classes are about more than core work. We’ll use resistance equipment, weights, and functional movements to target strength and balance where you need it most. No burpees, no bootcamp, just smart training that keeps your body ready for everyday challenges.
I didn’t want a big gym, I wanted something that felt safe, personal and with people like me. In these small sessions, I can feel my legs and balance getting stronger every week.

Restorative Massage & Recovery Plans

Hands-on relief and tailored plans to calm aches, restore mobility, and help you feel safe and confident in your own body.
Whether it’s nagging hip pain, tightness in your back, or ongoing stiffness, these sessions go deeper than temporary relief. With a restorative, rehab-informed approach, we’ll work to release tension and build a plan that supports long-term change. This isn’t just a massage, it’s recovery you can trust.
I’d tried massages before, but nothing lasted. This was different, because I had a plan the relief stuck, it felt like my body was starting to work with me instead of against me.
