Hi there!

I’m Sharron – movement coach, Pilates teacher and manual therapist.

I help people ease pain, build resilience, and rediscover freedom in their bodies by introducing novel, intelligent ways to move well in their 50’s, 60’s and beyond. Because aging isn’t decline, it’s an invitation to move differently.

And if you share my experience, you know how draining it is to face pain and stiffness, only to be brushed off by doctors, handed generic exercise sheets, and left with more questions than answers.

I’m  a movement teacher on a mission: to help you fall back in love with your body (yes, even if it currently creaks, complains, or needs a warm-up just to stand up ).

I’ve spent years nerding out on how bodies actually move and why things hurt – training with Anatomy Trains® and Anatomy Trains in Motion®, where the focus is fascia (your body’s connective tissue) and biomechanics (aka: how your parts move and work together).

I’m also part of The Go-To Physio® mentorship, which means my rehab skills have been taken up a notch – especially when it comes to the tricky, chronic “this has been going on for ages” kind of pain… the stuff that usually gets brushed off or handed a generic sheet of exercises.

In short: I blend smart movement + real-world rehab so you can get lasting results. 

The goal is simple: less pain, more ease, and a body that feels like it’s on your side again.

My own movement journey has been my greatest teacher

What began as a search for ways to cope with pain and creeping restrictions (while secretly fearing this was the start of my slow decline) became something else entirely – a path to understanding my body and hearing it’s needs.

Through trial, error, and eventually discovery, I found solutions that put me back in the driver’s seat, restoring control and showing me that decline was never the truth of my body.

Alongside my years as a movement coach and manual therapist, this lived experience has shaped my perspective: when you nurture the body with new patterns, it responds. With resilience. With less pain. With more possibility.

And that’s why I refuse to accept the old story of “that’s just aging, there’s nothing you can do.” I know better. That’s why I’ve brought all my knowledge and skill together to share it with you.

Through this work, I help you rebuild strength step by step, restore balance, and create lasting change that makes everyday life not just easier, but more enjoyable.
